    I eat bitter melon. Must be good for you as it tastes very bitter. I make a mung bean soup and put this in it. It's good in scrambled eggs also.

    Indians slice it, season it with turmeric(haldi) and salt for a few minutes, then fried in oil.

    These fried round slices can be eaten with both rice and bread( chapattis).

    I love stuffed bitter melon with shrimp; I make it regularly; it's so delicious!
    I also make smoothies with it by adding other fruits and vegetables; no bitter taste!
