The Best Ever: Ways To Take Care Of Your Boobs ๐Ÿ˜Š

The Best Ever: Ways To Take Care Of Your Boobs ๐Ÿ˜Š

You’re gonna learn how to support your girls
today. Tatas. Girls. [laughs] Sisters, not twins, you know what
I’m sayin’. [laughs] Today, we’re gonna be talking about the best
ever…the best ever…the best ever ways to take care of your boobs. [upbeat electronic music] So since it’s Breast Cancer Awareness Week,
we decided to talk about boobs! Which, um, you know, a lot of the population
has them. So, my boobs are pretty much non-existent. In my opinion, they’re not really there. As some of you have noticed rudely in the
comments below, [laughs] ya girl is preggers, right? And so my boobs have changed dramatically. They’re not the same boobs I once knew. These new, uh, aereolas on fleek boobs are
totally new to me, foreign. And so now I’m having to learn how to take
care of pregnant boobs and not regular ol’ boobs. A couple months ago, I was in the gym. I was in one those high intensity interval
training classes. And I was in one of those studios with mirrors
everywhere, which first of all – not a good look if I’m just sweating everywhere. But Iooked in the mirror as I was sprinting,
and I saw my boobs literally just like flying. I think one of the best ever ways to take
care of your boobs when they’re small is just to accept the fact that they are small. Always remember just because they are not
as large or as pendulant as your sisters around the world, you still have to check them out
and make sure you aren’t feeling any lumps. And you have to do that every month, you gotta
take care of yourself. So I wear very small little things like this. Super cute little racerback and t-back type
deals. On top of that I will put on a camisole. This one’s inside out, but whatever. We family. So keep it lacy. It’s not super sexy at all, but whatevs. For just like regular t-shirts or terry tops
and stuff like that I’ll just wear like a regular tank. A little sporty deal right here. Since my breasts are so small, I haven’t really
had any need for support like a lot of my very blessed sisters. So with that, I still have kind of this weird
insecurity with my breasts. So I don’t really wear white shirts. Because I’m like “I don’t want you to see my nipples!” And even if I do wear a white shirt, I will
always wear a bra and then I’ll put a tank top on top of it because that’s just how I
roll. They’re small but, I don’t want you to see
the milk duds, know what I’m sayin’. So I bought my bra from Ross because I don’t
like spending a lot of money on bras or lingerie because I feel like I’m not working with that
much. So…I got 3 dollars, you know. Might as well just go to Ross and get it over
with. I got my tank top from I think…a friend? Like, the camisole one. I never gave it back to her. My bad… This other one the tank top that I wear underneath
t-shirts, I got that from The Gap because The Gap has in my opinion some of the softest
cotton tank tops ever. And I absolutely love them. And they’re pretty cheap. This sports bra is from Victoria’s Secret. Unfortunately, I think their biggest size
is a 36 triple…D? I know a lot of you who need this tip have
bigger boobs than that. You got this top layer and this bottom layer
with the underwire. So then when you’re running. It’s like when you do that trick where put
two sports bras on to hold your boobs in, except it’s all in one bra. These do go on sale at Victoria’s Secret every
couple months, so I would wait for the sale. So another thing I like about this is the
straps are pretty thick and soft and stretchy, so they’re not digging into your shoulders. They do dig a little bit just ’cause boobs
are heavy, man. To wash this, I put it in one of those delicates
bags, like the mesh bags, and I wash it on a gentle cycle and then I air dry it. ‘Cause this was expensive, and I don’t want
it to go in the dryer, ’cause it’ll just wear out the elastic and the stretchiness. It’s cute. They come in a lot of different colors and
patterns, so you can probably find one to go with any work out outfit that you might
need. This is one of my favorite things to wear. I’ve had to find thirty million new different
bras to try to figure out my new size because my boobs have like, grown ginormously. And with growth comes a little stretching
of the skin, a little dryness, a little irritation. I love the SheaMoisture African Black Soap
Soothing Body Lotion with oats, aloe, and vitamin E for severely dry skin. When you get pregnant, your boobs are gonna
explode. So I’ve been using this because my boobs have
stretched, uh…everything has stretched. [laughs] I put it on. I just like rub it all over my boobs. Get them very moisturized after I get out
of the shower. And this lotion is so good, I literally can
put it on one day, and it’ll be on my boobs – my boobs feel moisturized and soft and supple
– for a smooth two and a half days. Like, without reapplying. This smells like the rest of the African Black
Soap line. It has a very sweet but light smell. A light scent to it. And it’s got oats and aloe and vitamin E,
which makes me feel like those are very skin soothing, nourishing, like soft ingredients
that help protect your skin, that help moisturize your skin. And honestly, this is a really thick lotion. I’ve had other lotions where you flip the
bottle over and you’re like “oh my god, everything’s coming out of it!” ’cause it’s just water and like, a little
bit of dimethicone. But this has water, and shea butter is the
second ingredient. So it’s a very thick lotion and I think that’s
why it lasts. It lasts for a very long time. I love the scent of it. It’s not too strong. So if you want to layer your perfume over
it, you won’t be competing, there’s no clashing scents or whatever. I really really like it. It’s so good. Thanks so much for watching. In the comments below, let me know what you
do to take care of your boobs. If you have pregnant boobs, really tell me
what’s goin’ on with ya boobs, girl, ’cause – new to this, ain’t true to this, know what
I’m sayin’? [laughs] We make these videos every week. Don’t forget to like, comment, share, and
subscribe and we’ll see you next time. Bye!

Small boobs, athletic boobs, pregnant boobs — in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Week, this episode of The Best Ever is all about them tatas. Remember, these are just TOPICAL products. Perform a self-exam every month, and check in with your doctor about mammograms. Love ya!

  • Dana Foster says:

I make sure that I purchase bras that fit properly; I buy at least one new bra a month and am never afraid to ask a bra fitter for guidance when trying on. And most importantly, I self exam for lumps every month… check your tatas, ladies And gents!

  • coco698 says:

CONGRATS Nikki! I thought there was a bundle of joy on the way from the Halloween cupcakes vid ๐Ÿค—And yes Gerilyn, GAP has THE softest cotton tanks, I love them too!

  • FAIHNT says:

I have multiple Bra's: A Push up from PINK 36DD, (My girls are definitely grown up…) Another Non-Adjustable from PINK 36D (I think…) A Bralette from F21 M, A Sports from Champion L and a Bandeau from Tommy Hilfiger L. I alternate between them, though the Push up from PINK is my favorite I usually feel discomfort in the shoulder and rib area, my boobs are rather big and my stomach is not pudgy, but not fat, so in comparison it's really not a support area xD But overall I check for lumps regularly and differences, my chest gets dry in the middle region often, and underneath…as well as sweat. I do my best!!! Having big girls is a lotta work. Love you guys (: Remember to check yourself *monthly*, ladies.

  • BlairWaldorf2013 says:

I want to know how to get them perky when you're a 40DDD I really want to get a REDUCTION so they can sit up the way smaller breasted women do.

I do exercises and message and all that and they still don't sit the way I want them to and I'm not talking 'defy gravity' up I just want like an inch higher and I'd be fine.

I even sleep in a bra to try and keep them from getting any less perky but I think surgery is going to be the only option. I've heard that coconut oil is good for breasts but maybe this Shea Moisture might be nice…does it help keep them up? Or just moisturized?

  • LaDelaCraft says:

For pregnant boobs, pay close attention to whether you might have early milk flow. Not everyone will have this but chile…
I was eight months pregnant and I felt something wet on my top. I thought I spilled something on myself and went to looking all around…even looked up at the roof for leaks. Turns out my milk flow started early and my doctor told me just to get the absorption pads for nursing moms. However, me being me, saw the price and went and got some old maxi pads and cut those bad boys in half. They worked just as well.

Nikki is pregnant? I feel so out of the loop! Congrats, how far along are you?

  • Livi Smith says:

I am apart of the itty bitty tittie committee, but what I do to take care of mine are:
    1. I try not to wear a bra as much as possible. Wearing bras alot for too long can weaken you pectoral muscle, making your boobs saggier than they need to be. If I know I need to hold them together a lil bit under a loose shirt, I opt for a sports bra
    2. Tbh, I'm still a teen, so puberty is still coming through. My boobs get achy and tender often, but what I do for that is to massage them with lotion (sounds weird but it's lovely, teen or adult you should try it to relieve tenderness)
    3. Speaking of lotion, I use it whenever I chafe.
    4. Let's be real: sometimes you get boob sweat. A weird hack for that is to actually put deodorant under your boobs, it helps to dry out sweat.
This is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever posted online, so I hope someone found it helpful. ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Itโ€™s Latasha says:

Oh my goodness! Congratulations on the pregnancy! ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Jordyn Tomlin says:

    She's pregnant!!! CONGRATS!!!

  • Spider says:

I have an odd issue with my boobs. I don't have pimples, by I do get blocked pores on my breasts. It gives them a slightly bumpy texture. I used to extract the blocked pores, but the skin is so senstive, it would leave a mark. So, I started using a BHA exfoliant on my boobs. I have nooo idea how recommended that is, but, it works. It's way better than picking at the skin. So, yeah, try at your own risk I guess.

  • Its Jackie says:

    Wow Nikki is pregnant ๐Ÿ˜

  • zuri rose says:

Nikki I'm so happy for you!! Congrats on your new family!! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™

  • Love, Lale says:

I use cocoa butter (it's my standard body moisturiser). I did notice in my mid twenties that the skin took on an appearance like crep paper. Maybe it was weight gain, I dunno, but intense moisturisation helped. It's better, but I reckon not recklessly gaining weight could have avoided it.

  • Shanna Sloane says:

Congratulations Nikki on your bundle of joy. Praying for a healthy pregnancy๐Ÿ˜€

  • Dolores says:

Not to be a Debbie downer but your boobs will get even larger after you give birth especially if you nurse. My advise it to get fitted so you will have the best support. Most better department stores offer help with getting fitted. Also congrats Im so happy for you!

  • Lania Theresa says:

When I was younger, I was always sooo self conscious about having bigger boobs and upset I couldn't wear certain tops without looking inviting smh but Rihanna said she either wears a bra or a shirt and I have been inspired by her ever since…hahahaha

Nickie… I'm just wondering how you know how long that lotion lasts on your skin….. I'm judging you low key. But still love your personality even when you don't have an Evelyn to come for. Lol

  • Amy Dodard says:

Nikki, itโ€™s VERY important to wear a supportive PROPERLY fitting bra when youโ€™re pregnant and nursing. An improperly fitting bra will put the under wires in the wrong spot and could cause mastitis (seriously not fun, trust me). Go to Nordstrom and get a proper fitting.

  • Fifi W. says:

  • Ms Lili C. Peach says:

I prefer a small frame like Gerilynn but, I am slowly working down a D, that claps when I turn to the side in bed.
I take care of breasts by doing a weekly breast test, moisturizing them especially more in the colder months, letting them breath at the end of the day by wipping my bra off.

  • Mia Mccline says:

  • Jill Terwilliger says:

Can we talk about weight-loss-surgery boobs?

They're like two birthday balloons that spent the last two months lost behind some furniture.

  • Marjani Howard says:

Girl if you think your boobs are big now!!!! Wait until after you give birth and your milk comes in!!

  • thejarofrice says:

A recent flare-up of my psoriasis had affected my breasts particularly bad. I'm talking about cracked, bleeding nipples and dryness all over. I am a hardcore Cetaphil user. Now Cetaphil is moisturizing, but has no moisture locking power. The SheaMoisture truly locks in the moisture. I had relief for the first time in months. Definitely keeping it in my skin arsenal.

  • LaDonna Washington says:

Nikki you are so sweet. I smile as soon as you appear on screen. Grace, it's so cool that you are unapologetically YOU. Where's my girl, Evelyn? Shoot out to girl with small boobs. Same club!!

  • Charity says:

    Yโ€™all share lipstick

  • Charity says:

I have tiny boobs so this was no help at all but thanks…. for nothing

  • Princess Oddity says:

I have super small boobs too (AA cup), but I love lacey bralettes! Small boobs are still sexy! I do have 2 Victoria Secret bralettes but it wasn't with my money. All of my other ones are from Target and Forever 21. Inexpensive, comfy, and cute. I don't own bras because they never fit me right and I don't need them. (Why would i need to deal with underwire???)
Most of the time though I go braless.

  • Baddieroro says:

When my sister was pregnant she would wear no bra or a bra with less support so that her boibs would be as "natural"as possible

  • Jada Williams says:

My boobs are so tiny I donโ€™t even wear a bra

  • K.I. R says:

    Who run the world? Boobs.

  • Sabrina Sagitteh says:

3:39 thatโ€™s when I realized that there was a sign saying take care of your tat tas ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  • Amari Peart says:

Boobs are one thing I wish I really didn't have much of. I am a 36D whose greatest wish is to be an A as my boobs change every month with my period and any weight gain or loss shows up in through them either sagging or plumping. While it feels nice to touch them sometimes, they are expensive and get in the way ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. I often fantasize of all the money I could save and the cute tops I could wear and it is a lot.

  • Ray of Sunshine says:

    AREOLAS ON FLEEK!!!!!! ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€

  • Kamaria Denny says:

I lotion my boobs too but i use nivea.

  • Lanie Clark says:

Lol people talking abt buying new bras often ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Iโ€™m lucky to find a 36H/I bra under $50 once a YEAR. If youโ€™re like me and canโ€™t buy new bras hardly ever, take care of them. Try and take it off as much a possible. You home? Take off the bra. Also, donโ€™t wash it in the washer. I wash mine while I shower about once a month and let it dry overnight because, letโ€™s be honest, itโ€™s so much work washing bras. And if you have to wear a bra thatโ€™s too small, take extra care to take it off as much as possible.

  • Sexicana G says:

I think A or Small Bs look very sexy and classy in low cut dresses or shirts… When ever I try to pull off one of those styles, they look so vulgar! Like all in your face type of situation. Ugh
