my research is broad focusing on developing new treatments for heart failure heart failure is the most common cause of hospitalization and it’s the most common cause of death heart failure can rarely be cured but the good treatment patients can feel a lot better and live a lot longer after high school in Sweden I moved to the US to go to undergraduate University on a tennis scholarship and I ended up spending a full 16 years in the US then medical school I was really introduced to rigorous analytical thinking and it’s applicable I think to many aspects of life it changed a little bit my personality as well and the way I am I brought the New Yorker magazine this is something that I learned to read when I lived in New York it’s a magazine about literature current events I love to ride my bicycle bring my New Yorker it’s important to me because it takes me away from all the stress of daily life it takes me away from mobile devices media it takes me away from work it really is relaxing professional dream is to provide meaningful relief for patients with heart failure and my other dream is to be a present father and to be a father that listens [Music]
