Lint & Loc Detox | Kids Edition

Hey guys and welcome back to my channel. My son has a lot of lint and buildup in his hair. And his hair is so stiff because he has not been wrapping his hair up at night. And he plays in the carpet. So i’m going to show you how to get this lint and buildup out your kids head. See how stiff it is. Now we are making a detox. We have put in hot water already. He is putting in 3/4 cup of apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup of baking soda. And as you can see they like the fizz. Now we put him in and i’m rubbing around his scalp and the parts of the hair that is not really in the water. We are letting him sit in here for 15 minutes. He was so uncomfortable. So as you can see all that stuff in there is lint and a little buildup. The water was not that dirty. I do not use many products on his hair. But as you can see, you see all that buildup and lint at the surface of his hair. He neck was hurting him so bad so I didn’t want him to sit threw another 15 minutes detox. But I will see if I can get most of this build up out his locs, by shampooing it. So now i’m rinsing his hair out and i’m going to shampoo his hair two times. To try to get the lint and gunk (buildup) on the surface of his locs off. Now this is how his locs look after the shampoo. It look a lot better. See all that new growth. You still can see a little lint in his head right there. i’m gone go back and do another detox on him in about two weeks. And some of that is water. It’s just reflecting off the light. But his hair is a lot cleaner. And a lot of the lint came out. And I will show y’all in a few seconds what his hair looks like after it dried. And I did a hot oil treatment on him over night. And then you can see how much lint and what else was left in his head and how clean his hair got. So I’m going to let y’all finish this video.
