How To Heal Leaky Gut Syndrome Naturally – VitaLife Show Ep. 290

Janine Bowring and in this episode we’re talking about how to heal a leaky gut. So
leaky gut syndrome what is this it, actually has a lot to do with our immune
function so what happens is that over time when we have inflammation in the
gut maybe it’s from eating the wrong foods maybe we’ve taken antibiotics what
happens is that now our food is going through the digestive tract because of
that inflammation and is not properly absorbed and digested and now the immune
system sees it as a foreign object and starts to react to it and this goes on
and on day after day each time that we eat food this is a big problem causing
immunity issues in the entire body it can cause things like thyroid conditions
like Hashimoto’s thyroiditis it can cause a gluten sensitivity. So if you
have a gluten sensitivity and you can’t break down gluten in your foods then
that could be related to that leaky gut syndrome, it can cause allergies so maybe
it’s allergies to pets maybe it’s allergies to environmental things like
pollens and moles and grasses and dust, and if especially if you didn’t have
these as a child and as you’re getting older you’re actually developing these
allergies that’s a telltale sign that you have leaky gut syndrome, so you’ve
got to heal the gut first in order to really help those allergies. And if we’re
talking about endometriosis so researchers have even found that that
connection between the leaky gut syndrome and developing endometriosis
that that link is there. So how do we heal the gut, well first and foremost we
always want to make sure that we have enough of the good guys those probiotics
