Hi, this is Ife of Ife360TV and today we’re
talking about dandruff, the big elephant in the room something we have all dealt with but
at times embarrassed about, you know me i like to talk about embarrassing things…Ok,
I really wanted to help anyone who may be struggling with this but it can be fixed,
you can control it, for you to annihilate, attack. There was a point in time when I really
suffered with dandruff, flakes everywhere, no matter what I tried, I didn’t know what
to do. I tried Selsun Blue, Nizoral and sometimes they would work temporarily, I would use them
and for a month I would have a break then I would be back to square one where I am struggling
with dandruff and itchy scalp. It took me a while to figure out how to fix it and I
want to share that with you today. The results of having dandruff , eczema, psoriasis on
your scalp, is an indication of something wise happening within your body. That’s just
a manifestation on your scalp, once you fix what’s going on inside, you would see on the
outside a lot of things are changing. Dandruff is really a fungus or yeast, you get a lot
of itching, dryness, irritation. One of the things that feed yeast or feeds candida is
sugar, yeast loves sugar, it is one of the first things I would encourage you do have
an issue with dandruff. Control your diet and remove unnatural, man-made sugars, bad
carbs, like cakes, ice cream, white flour, sweets, donuts. Fruits are excellent, eat
a lot of bananas, mangoes, papaya, these are natural sugars, that naturally occur within
nature. Fruits are good clean, whole foods. Then attack the yeast, because it is now hungry,
no bad sugars, and you will have to kill it. To really kill yeast, it works magnificently
to this day. It is coconut oil. A natural anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-fungal.
Dandruff is a fungus, a yeast, it kills those things. The lauric acid within coconut oil
once you consume it, can sometimes be too harsh so start gradually, don’t have on an
empty stomach. If you just had your breakfast, have coconut oil right after, start with half
a tablespoon and in the next 2 to 3 days go to a full tablespoon and eventually work your
way up to 2 tablespoons. Next co-wash, cleanse scalp with conditioner very often, now with
shampoo you don’t want to dry your hair out. You want to keep natural oils on your scalp.
Every 4 days or maybe once a week to kill the yeast, it is going to have a lot of build
up on your scalp from die off from yeast. Cleanse often. Remove remnants of dandruff
on your scalp. Next, you can also use Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV), excellent for killing
yeast as well. After your wash, rinse with the apple cider vinegar that will neutralize
your scalp and creates a clean environment for new growth or for your scalp to reduce
any itching. Use tea tree oil that’s a great anti-fungal essential oil that has helped
a lot of people with regard to people getting rid of dandruff. How often should you do this?
Use coconut oil everyday. Once your body becomes accustomed to it, it is very difficult for
the yeast to have an overgrowth again so you really want to keep up with it. Once you see
the dandruff starting to easy and subside you want to maintain taking coconut oil because
it is an excellent way to keep dandruff at bay. I wash my hair once a month right now
and I am able to do that because I don’t have dandruff. Mi coconut oil with Jamaican black
Castor OIl JCBO, it is a great anti-fungal, it works well in conjunction with coconut
oil, massage into your scalp every single day. It really works as well for any yeast
that’s on your scalp, change your diet remove any artificial sugars or man made sugars.
Incorporate fruits they are good for you. Drink a lot of water, wash hair weekly, massage
into your scalp a mixture of coconut oil and Jamaican black castor oil JBCO, Those are
my tips. That’s it. I really hope this was helpful I really wanted to share this, it
