beverages due to its lower caffeine content basically it is a type of tea

cold compress to reduce puffiness under eyes caused due to tired eyes and
headache it promotes healthier skin the antioxidants present in green tea are
very beneficial for our skin nowadays various cosmetic brands have included
green tea as a key ingredient to their products mix 50 grams of green tea in
half a liter of lukewarm water let it rest for about half an hour and then
refrigerate above mixture can be used as a natural toner it will help cure
various skin problems like acne blemishes sunburn rashes and various
signs of aging green tea for weight loss green tea contains flavonoids and

a day is enough and maximum you can drink up to 5 cups but no more daily
intake of 1 to 2 cups of green tea can keep your body healthy and free from
