Hair Care – Home Remedies – Herbs – Treatments To Stop Hair Loss Naturally & Grow Back Hair Fast

Today I’d like to elaborate more on home remedies
for hair loss so here are the ones that have been proven over time to be the most natural
AND with the best results: 1. Coconut Milk: Ok.. Isit really an old wives tail or does
coconut milk really grow hair? Well, you’d be surprised! Coconut milk is amongst the RICHEST sources
of tissue-nourishing, plant derivatives. It is a magic brew for promoting hair growth. It’s rich in protein, essential fats, iron
and manganese. These are the elements that are valuable in
growth and maintenance of healthy hair, as well as preventing hair loss. When applied topically to the hair, coconut
milk provides quick positive results. Hair gets noticeably softer and hair loss
diminishes instantaneously. So this is what you do: Take a dry coconut and grate it. Grind to a fine paste and then sieve through
a soft fine cloth to collect the milk of the coconut. Applying Coconut Milk • Extract sufficient coconut milk depending
on the length of your hair. • Apply the milk on the scalp and hair and
allow it to dry. • Keep it for about 2 hrs and then rinse
your hair with normal water (do not apply shampoo). • This will leave behind the pure coconut
oil in your hair. The natural oils from the milk coat the hair
thus making it silkier and easier to manage. • Keep the oil for 24 hours and shampoo
the following day. • This process will make your hair softer
and smoother. You can also see an almost immediate drastic
reduction in your rate of hair loss. The hair fall gets arrested and fresh hair
growth begins. Frequency • For chronic cases of hair loss, do this
once a week. • For people with moderate hair loss, it
can be done once in 2-3 weeks. 2. Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera juice is very effective to stop
hair loss. Pure aloe gel can be applied directly to the
scalp. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due
to irritated, dry or infected scalp. Aloe Vera balances the pH level of your scalp.
After massaging the head with aloe gel, wait for a few hours and then wash the hair with
lukewarm water. You should do this twice a week for best results. 3. Oil Massage: Regularly massaging the scalp for a few minutes
every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hair fall. Other recommended oils are: Jojoba oil, almond
oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the
sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff 4. Neem Treatment: Neem is one of the most sort after herbs in
the country! It has MANY benefits, both for health and
beauty. And when it comes to beauty, it has some very
effective hair benefits too. How to use: • Boil neem leaves in water until the water
level falls to half its initial quantity and then cool it. • Rinse out your hair with the mixture once
a week. 5. Amla: Boil dried amla in coconut oil till the oil
turns black in color. Massage your scalp with this oil. This is an effective and very easy home remedy
to check hair loss. There are also other ways where we can include
amla in your hair care routine. • Use amla
and shikakai powder than you can buy in ayurvedic
stores. Mix them both and make a paste. Apply this to your hair. Leave it on for a few minutes and wash off
after a few minutes. A word of caution: If you have dry hair, SKIP
the shikakai. • The most effective method, however is
to drink amla and shikakai juice. Yes, it tastes terrible but the results will
DEFINITELY be worth it! BONUS TIP: On a side note, the following has the key
essentials that has worked for one of our male clients, done PURELY the natural way. Here’s what he did, he took lots of: 1) Vitamin A – an anti-oxidant which promotes
healthy production of sebum in the scalp; 2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important
in keeping hair follicles productive. The ‘B’ vitamins contribute to melanin, which
gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation; 3) Massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the
scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head
massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved
by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage; 4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice,
Onion Juice or Ginger Juice (you can use either one out of the three, but DO NOT mix any of
HAIR I had a very interesting question posed by
one of our newsletter readers yesterday about Biotin and it’s effects on hair loss. Her question was: Hi Marc, I heard that Biotin controls hair
loss. I heard it helps in growing hair and nails faster but not sure if it controls hair
fall? Well — Biotin usage is a little misleading. It can help, but only if you are SIGNIFICIANTLY
deficient. The reason it got a lot of hair loss press
several years ago was that people with significant biotin deficiency lost a lot of hair and had
the rest of their hair thin out. When re-supplemented with biotin, the hair
grew back to normal. After all that’s been said, it is quite rare
to have a biotin deficiency if you eat any type of standard diet, healthy or not. The only way this might happen (aside from
starving yourself) is if you have raw egg whites without the yolk. This is because a compound called avidin in
the raw egg white binds with your body’s biotin and excretes it. If you have the yolk as well, there are generally
enough biotin in it to counter this effect. Cooked eggs of any type don’t cause this effect. So, you can try biotin just to see, but in
general, this is not a primary cause of male baldness and probably it will show no effect. Oh and since we’re on the topic of myths related
to hair loss, here are a couple more: • Frequent shampooing contributes to hair
loss • Hats and wigs cause hair loss • 100 strokes of the hair brush daily will
create healthier hair • Shaving one’s head will cause the hair
to grow back thicker • Standing on one’s head will cause increased
circulation and thereby stimulate hair growth • Dandruff causes permanent hair loss • Hair loss does not occur in the late teens
or early twenties • Hair loss affects only intellectuals Again, I want to remind you that all the above
ARE NOT TRUE. None whatsoever. Now whatever the cause of your hair loss…
Whether its due to genetics, stress, pregnancy, lifestyle habits, diabetes, unbalanced diet,
medications from drugs, hair treatments, fungal infections, etc.. and whether you’re suffering
from hair loss, hair thinning, dandruff, oily scalp, scalp itchiness or even premature gray
& white hair problems, feel free to head on over to: to solve it fast. And don’t forget to “LIKE” & “SHARE this
