EXTREME UNBELIEVABLE NEVER ENDING THICKEST FOOT CALLUS/CALLOUS REMOVAL

(music) TB: Put on I got Netflix too, so if you want to put on Netflix, you can. ,P: Alright. TB: But those are my channels. P: (reading aloud) Cutting off a long nail-two years without…Oh! TB: (laughs) You’re gonna watch that one? P: Yeah. TB: So I’m gonna spray it with this callus softener; there we go. P: G_d dang! (talking about video) TB: Yeah, you can put the volume up, if you want. P: It won’t disturb your video (that you are filming)? TB: No, no; don’t worry about it. It’s for you to watch. (laughs) I never watch my videos after (they are filmed) so it’s always weird now to hear it. P: It’s kinda like acting, right? You watch your own movies. TB: Okay. If you feel any discomfort, you let me know. P: (commenting on the video) How do they even put their socks on? TB: Yeah but people find it pretty fascinating. P: Actually, was this person like disabled or something? TB: Yeah, he had some problems with his hip; he can’t bend at the hip, so he’s not able to reach his feet. P: And I guess the, he had nobody to cut his nails. TB: No, he had no one and he never went to get help or anything. P: It would be a complete pain to put on socks and stuff. TB: Yeah, he just wore Crocs (brand of loose fitting shoes). P: Really? TB: Yeah. P: I mean you gotta do what you gotta do, I guess. TB: You okay over there? P: Yeah. TB: (speaking about video) That’s a big nail, uh? P: Yeah. P: No, I know some people like I’ve seen Youtube videos where people grow their nails out on purpose. TB: Yeah. P: I never hears of someone’s hip not working; being damaged. TB: So just like the other foot, I’m gonna take as much with the big one and then I use the smaller scalpel to clean up. P: How many videos did you upload? TB: I think I’m at 59 videos. P: Oh, yeah? TB: I had my channel… it’ll be one year since I published my first video, at the end of this month. P: 24 million (views) is pretty good for a year. TB: It’s been pretty good. P: And only 59 videos. TB: (laughs) Yeah. P: It’s about once a week then (that videos are uploaded). TB: I’ve been publishing… I’ve been trying to do two or three videos a week… P: Yeah. TB: for the last two-three months. P: Oh, okay. TB: Before I was doing maybe, maybe once a week. P: You’ll be bringing in that ad revenue now! TB: But the problem is…I wish… the problem is because my stuff is kind of like has some gore with some surgeries or needles or even like a scalpel like this… P: Yeah. TB: Google’s been blocking all my videos. P: Oh, I get it. TB: They’ve been demonetizing all my videos, which really sucks. P: Yeah. TB: But, what can you do? P: But it still gives you exposure. TB: Yep. P: I wonder if your nails get that long if it would actually hurt to cut them? TB: You can because if the nail gets pulled, when I’m cutting it, it hurts the person, just like you. So if there’s really hard skin and I use the scalpel, doesn’t it hurt? It’s like pulling? P: A little bit. TB: It’s the exact same thing. P: Yeah. P: Yeah, I feel bad for the guy because you were saying he no one to take care of him. TB: No. P: Does he come back? TB: Uh, every now and then to have his nails cut; now they’re all normal. P: Okay. TB: Because now he he doesn’t need the help anymore, well we’ve trimmed them down nice and short, so he’s good. P: So just whenever he needs you to cut them, he comes back. TB: Yeah. TB: You okay over here? P: Yeah. P: So you were saying for two years he hasn’t cut his nails? TB: No, but that big one grew like crazy. P: They told us the nails on your hands that grow the most, right? TB: You say it’s closer to the heart, so they grow definitely faster than on the foot. P: Yeah. TB: You’re doing okay over here? P: Yeah. I’m good. P: Whoa! There’s like a black spot on his foot. TB: Yeah, he had that first nail ripped off; it got ripped off because it was long as well. P: That must have hurt! TB: It did. TB: Okay, I’m just gonna slide this one back, okay? Just tilt you back a little bit. You okay in the chair? P: Yeah, I’m good. TB: Okay. Let me just scrape it a little more…get some softener… TB: You’re really watching it, uh? P: I like to watch it because I like this guy. P: I guess like, after that, you only need to come like, like what every three-four months? TB: Exactly. P: He’s a much older guy. TB: Yeah. P: So, he can’t bend over at all? TB: No. No, it is not easy. P: I guess you can see the importance of being able to do it. TB: Yeah. So let me put this down.
We’re gonna give it another spray and then use the…(callus remover) TB: You okay over here? Is that sensitive? P: A little bit, on the side. TB: Because it’s basically the border where the callus and the new skin is, the healthy skin. P: Do you think the calluses are caused by the structure of my foot? TB: This amount of callus is definitely genetic. P: Okay. TB: Something that the way, the way your body is, the skin is that’s causing it to grow like this. So unfortunately, anything we do is going to cause it to grow back but that’s why when we discussed using padding or cushioning or shoes that have as much padding as possible. That’s just gonna, hopefully slow down and give you relief; mostly just to give you relief. P: So try to get like those thicker shoes, right? TB: Something with this really soft sole, thick sole. TB: You okay over here? No pain? P: I’m good. TB: Well, you watched the whole thing!
I’m impressed! P: What happens? Like people usually don’t? TB: No, some people maybe watch for 30 seconds or a minute and they say, “Okay.” P: Yep. P: Removing from a one hundred year-old patient? (talking about video) TB: Not this one, but yeah, that’s, I think that’s, my first video ever that I ever posted on YouTube. Is it a little sensitive here? P: No, I’m good. I just flinched because of the needle (in the video). P: I hate needles. TB: Yeah I’d never edited a video before that one so it’s like completely new for me to do. P: Oh, and I guess you’re not talking in it either? TB: No. That’s why I didn’t know what was gonna happen, if it’s gonna do well. P: How come your freezing that toe that way? TB: Because I’m gonna be removing that ingrown toenail. P: Ah, okay. P: How long do you like to keep your videos at? TB: Sorry? P: How long do you like to keep your videos? TB: Like my the length of the video? P: Yeah, yeah. TB: It’s whatever the length of the treatment is. P: Oh, okay. TB: The majority of my videos are actually pretty long. P: Yeah? TB: Yeah, like I have a lot of 20 minute videos. TB: You okay? P: Yeah. TB: Oh my gosh! I used to use the weirdest music on my videos! (laughs) P: Is this like generic music or…? TB: Yeah, yeah stuff you can get on uh… P: Video editor. TB: Yes. Okay, I’m just gonna raise this up a little bit. P: Oh, I get it; you’re actually slicing off a piece of it. P: Well I guess that’s what you mean by YouTube’s policy on gore. TB: Yeah. If they see any of that they say, “Uh, uh; no ads for you!” P: Not for our family-friendly channel. (laughs) TB: No. P: It was pretty hard actually. I had a few friends who made videos and they were like you can even use licensed music or… TB: No. P: It’s very strict, actually. TB: Doing okay? P: Yeah. TB: The videos are keeping you entertained, uh? P: I’m just like kind of entertained by how it’s happening; I’ve never seen it done. TB: So what we’re doing is removing an infected, ingrown toenail (on the video). P: Oh, so it’s actually hurting that person? TB: Yeah. P: So I guess you would call that a surgery then? TB: Yep, a little minor soft tissue surgery and it’s something we do right in the office. P: You ever have to put anyone to sleep? TB: No and I’m not able to; I can only do local anesthetic. P: Okay. P: I guess for you though, you’re just kind of used to it; it doesn’t make you sick or anything. TB: No. I can eat while watching this stuff. (laughs) A lot of people actually can too! People who watch this stuff actually have pretty strong stomachs. P: I’m kind of hungry right now. TB: Okay, we’re gonna do the toes and we’re all done, okay? P: Yeah. TB: So again, if this gets too sensitive, you let me know. P: Yeah. I think this one will so… TB: This one will be sensitive you think? P: Yeah, it kind of is. TB: You okay here? P: Fine. TB: Not too bad? P: No, I’m good. TB: Okay. TB: Okay. TB: That’s some funky music I used! P: Yeah! TB: But yeah, when you have I was just using YouTube’s free playlist, so you don’t have too many options. P: Yeah. I guess it is good for people who need to edit videos quickly and get it done. You said it was your first video? TB: First video ever. Just around a year ago. P: Is that right? TB: Yeah, I played that one April 30th. P: Oh, right. P: Oh, there it goes; looks like you are talking. TB: You doing okay over here? P: Yeah. I guess this person couldn’t reach their feet either. TB: No and they were just so thick that no one could really again, sometimes, when the nails get so thick, there’s no one who’s really out there who can take them down. They don’t know where to go. Pedicures won’t do it P: Probably a much older lady too. TB: Yeah. TB: You’re doing okay over here? P: Yeah, I’m good. P: So the main issue you usually deal with is like.. TB: Nails, nails. P: Okay. I guess it’s just people with overgrown nails? TB: Mostly and ingrown toenails, corns, calluses. P: Ingrown toenails must really hurt; that would be the most painful. TB: They can be pretty painful, but like I told you before, some people have a small, little baby callus and they’re in a lot of pain. P: Yeah? TB: Yeah, and for you, with the amount of callus you have, you know you’re really tough to be dealing with this. P: I guess it’s kind of hard to the point where it doesn’t hurt anymore. TB: So that’s the only thing that I would suggest; you just gotta try to do a little bit more on your own, just like Dad. P: I guess and come in when I can, right? TB: And come in when you can but definitely, if you can do more in between, like your dad is doing but with something that’s a little bit safer. P: Like, I know me, I’m not going to pick up a blade though. P: Like I know for a fact I would end up cutting myself, if I picked up a blade. TB: A blade, yes? But for you, something that’s not as hard to use like the maybe a cheese grater or something you can hold in your hand because you have so much hard skin, you do have a lot of protection. You okay over here? P: Uh hum. P: Oh, she’s wearing a (?) TB: She is! Yeah! TB: Well, I had a nail surgery yesterday and P: Really? TB: The guy wanted to take his nails home. P: Really? TB: Yeah, they’re bugging him for so long that after I had to remove them, I said, “Hey, do you want to take this?” and he goes, “Sure.” P: To put up in a plaque or something?
