tons of water! Water is so beneficial for your skin and in most parts of the world completely
free. Staying hydrated is so easy and effective at fighting acne, you’d be an idiot not
to drink tons of water. You should drink around 8-10 glasses a day.
Water dramatically helps the body’s detoxification processes, and stops those unwanted, stupid
acne causing toxins right in there track. It also increases blood flow to the skin helping
you maintain a healthy glow. It even balances out hormones and the pH level of the skin
stopping breakouts. How to incorporate water into your everyday
life start by replacing any sugar filled drinks
with water. For me that was already about 3-4 glasses a day. Then I suggest having two
in the morning, two in the afternoon, and two at night. If you start to find your taste
buds getting bored putting lemon or other frozen fruits is a great way to spice it up.
The bottom line is water is so simple to incorporate into your life and your skin will be thanking
