DIY Probiotic Face Mask


Hi ladies and gentlemen. I’m Dr. Zyrowski. and I’m Ashleigh. And in this video we’re gonna teach you the
DIY probiotic face mask that we love so much because, you know, not only has it helped
us a lot, it’s helped many of the different clients we work with with their skin health. The reason this works so well is because we
have over a hundred different or 100 million different microorganisms that live in our
bodies and on our bodies and so when we actually take these microorganisms and we promote keeping
them healthy then it keeps us healthy; it keeps our skin glowing, and so using a probiotic
face mask is going to do so many great things for you. It’s gonna help with acne, it’s gonna help
we reduce scarring, it’s going to help lock in moisture in your skin, it’s going to help… Which a moisturized skin helps reduce the
appearance of wrinkles. Yeah, so it’s gonna help with the wrinkles,
it’s gonna help with different rashes I mean like.. Eczema, Psoriasis, and the list goes on. Yeah, it’s gonna help so much. So, in more her than myself, has a personal
story on how this really helped her, but I can tell you, you know, beyond my wife, there’s
been so many people that have just, you know, said that this is the first thing that they’ve
ever used that has worked well. So, go ahead and I’m gonna let you start showing
people what to do here. Okay. Awesome, so it’s very simple to throw together. I put this mask on once a week. It’s all made with ingredients that you probably
have in your home. You’re gonna take one tablespoon of yogurt. I have organic yogurt here. Then you’re going to add one teaspoon of olive
oil and one capsule probiotics. Yeah, we use the probiotic strength. They come in Nitrogen sealed blister packs;
super high-quality, so we know it’s going to actually work. Great. So then you just take those three ingredients
and you’re gonna mix them together. If you have really oily skin though, you can
certainly use a half a teaspoon of turmeric and replace the olive oil. So you would just use the yogurt, the probiotics,
and turmeric and that would help if you have really oily skin. Dr. Zyrowski: So, then you have this really
nice face mask here and what do you do with it from there? Okay. So with nice clean skin, make sure that your
skin is already cleaned all the makeup and impurities are removed then you’re just going
to take the mask and you’re going to apply it in circles on
your skin. Make sure you cover your entire skin including
your neck and you’re going to leave that on your skin from anywhere between 10 and 30
minutes just depending on how much time you have available. He mentioned that I had a personal story with
this. I’ve been using probiotics on my skin for
about a year now and up until that point I had tried pretty much every chemical potion
etc. to get rid of my acne. I’d had acne all through my teenage years
into adulthood and really nothing worked. And I’m laughing because I used to really
harp on her for using harsh chemicals. Even after we were into natural health and
detoxification and healthy living, that was the one thing I would not give up because,
I mean let’s face it, when you have impurities, acne, rashes on your face and you can’t cover
it up and you just don’t feel good about yourself and he gave me so much, so much grief over
it. But this has actually worked and that’s the
same that we hear over and over again with our clients. This actually works! Yeah, so definitely implement this because
the harsh chemicals are only going to contribute to that toxicity issue in the body that we
talked about so much. So, if you use this mask right here, then
it’s going to just give you glowing skin. So many people say that they’re .. you know,
just focusing on acne. so many people say that acne just is reduced by a significant
level by using this. Now the other little bonus tip I want to throw
in too, something I’ll do is, I’ll use like take some olive oil and I’ll take some probiotics
and I’ll open up the capsule and put a little bit of probiotics in with some olive oil and
then I’ll use that as a lotion. And the reason that I do this is just to have
a good probiotic rich lotion that I’m using and it helps in in much of the same way the
face mask does. Now I don’t recommend taking a capsule and
mixing it into a bottle of olive oil and shaking up and keeping that in the bathroom because
the probiotics can start to go bad in it. So what I recommend is actually. You know, just mixing up a couple drops of
olive oil with a little bit of the probiotics from the capsule and just mix it up and use
it right there but don’t mix it up and store it. And so that works really well – is there anything
else that we’re missing here? I use this about once a week. If you could do it once once or twice a week
to get started and help getting the good microflora on your on your skin, you’ll notice a drastic
increase. And then for maintenance once – once a week
once every two weeks would be a great regimen to your skin health. Great. Guys, thanks for watching and be sure to implement
