for dark elbows. I have lightned by dark elbows in a month’s
time. If your skin is thick and dark it can take
upto 2 to 3 months to lighten it up. Our first home remedy is very simple and easy
to do. All you need is lemon.
Take half a lemon and rub it slowly and gently on the affected area.
Rub for about 5 minutes. Leave the lemon juice for about half an hour
then wash with lukewarm water. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times a week.
Take 2 table spoons of yogurt. Add 2 tea spoons of vinegar.
Mix well. And apply on the affected area.
Wrap a cloth around the elbow to hold the mixture.
Leave it for thirty minutes then wash it with lukewarm water.
Repeat this process 2 to 3 times a week. Now tips to keep your elbows free from dark
spots. Don’t rest on your elbows.
Moisturize your elbows daily with your favorite moisturizing cream or petroleum jelly.
