Avoid Nightshades While Healing Psoriasis

Avoid Nightshades While Healing Psoriasis

Hey, what’s happening in your life today
guys? This is Jumaane. Thank you for coming along my journey here
as I express my journey of healing psoriasis. Just a little background here, I’ve been
battling psoriasis for the last 7 years. But in fact, 2016 has been the most incredible
year because I have had no signs of psoriasis except these last two and a half weeks. That’s just a testemant, a miracle really,
of good eating, exercising, lots of prayer, and love from family and friends. Before that, those six years, I didn’t go
through maybe two months. Two months was the longest I had ever went
without having to see any outbreaks. So for a whole year to go by was crazy incredible. I just wanted to tell you guys in this video
was the #1 food group you want to avoid while you are healing psoriasis and that is called
the nightshades. The Nightshades are a grouping of plants that
carry a certain enzyme in them that is detrimental to people that are fighting psoriasis. It is tomatoes. Tomatoes is the #1 you want to avoid. When I talk about tomatoes, it’s more than
just your sandwiches, or something like that. It’s pizza, spaghetti, any sauces, barbecue
sauces, a lot of them do have tomato sauce or some kind of tomato derevitive. So you want to stay away from that. Tobacco is a nightshade. Eggplant. Paprika is a nightshade. Peppers, practically all peppers are nightshades,
with the exception of black pepper. That’s okay for you. I know I’m missing one. Tomatoes, tobacco, eggplants, paprika, peppers,
and oh! White potatoes. White potatoes, you want to stay away from
them. They are highly toxic to people who are fighting
psoriasis. Stay away from them as much as possible. They will destroy you guys. Maybe not. There are a lot of cases where people that
have psoriasis; they can eat certain foods and they are okay. If you are going to eat one of those nighshades;
eat a little bit. Don’t go overboard, because you will see
the results; most likely. Any way guys, good luck with your healing process and I’m
here for you if you have any questions. Until next time y’all. Love and Peace.
