The proteins and vitamins which we get from our food, help in our hair growth. In todays video, we will be discussing the 8 miraculous super foods which are available near you and if you include them in your diet then you will see a lot of difference in your hair. So lets start! The number 1 superfood is Strawberries, as you would know already that Strawberries contain high amount of Vitamin C and Vitamin C cleans our scalp and also clears the dirt, pollution and excess oil from our hair Strawberries also have fatty acids, Copper and anti oxidants which provide your hair with new shine. From now on, you should include such foods which are high in Vitamin C like Strawberries. Number 2 superfood is Avocado. Avocados contain fatty acids which are naturally produced in our bodies also. From these fatty acids, 2 components are produced One is Collagen which is very beneficial for our hair. You can even use Avocado oil and apply it on your hair or include this fruit directly in your diet. Number 3 is Bitter Gourd. As you know that Karela is very beneficial is very good for hair and body. Karela contains potassium and magnesium along with vitamin c and it prevents split ends. Karela also contain antioxidants which are important for our body and hair. You cab drink Karela juice or eat Karela ki sabzi for overall health. Number 4 is Sweet potato. This helps our immune system and our digestion. This also contains beta keratin which produces Vitamin A in our body which is beneficial for our hair. It also helps your make your hair darker. Number 6 Yellow Bell Pepper. These Shimla Mirch again is very rich in Vitamin C as compared to other foods and vitamin c cleans your hair follicles and removes dirt and provide added strength to your hair. You can use bell peppers in your salads and in your sabzi also. Number 7 is Curry leaves. Khari patta is used by south Indians and if you see their hair, they are very black, shiny and long.
